Drive Thru Bad Service

@ 8:39 I placed my order with Naomi, I waited for 6 min to receive my Cappicino and a further 8 min to receive my breakfast order of two mini twisters! So I've spend a whole 14 minutes in a drive thru of KFC again of waiting! So why do they call it drive thru if it would've take you less time to get out of your car, walk inside, place your order, wait, walk back to your car and get into your car and leave? BAD BAD BAD client service and we must just accept it! For what?! not my first time that I get such bad service from a KFC drive thru for breakfast time! Honestly! Give the jobit to people who wants to work!
