Drive through

Upon numerous occasions (in a span of 2years) i go to this store (Mochachos, Bonaero park) it still amazes me that these guys are allowed to have a license to operate a drive through service, In the start it could be tolerated now its no excuse. I would like the franchisor to take a drive at random times to utilize the drive though service and time the amount of time you have to wait upon ordering different meals with or with out other customers in the drive though as this is actually not a drive though as the name suggests but rather an inconvience. PS, its actually quicker to park your car and walk in use the toilet and place your order and collect and leave.

Bambino kids meal "toy/unacceptable" this is 2013 going into 2014 get with the times!!!

Communication, short staffed??? Maybe there is more to it.
