Al Safa Trust T/A Milky Lane in DBN North Beach has no clientele service and the manager there has an attitude like his the son of Lucifer.???

I ordered my Strawberry milkshake and got the worst tasting milkshake and when I returned it literally 3min after picking up the order to complain that it tasted like sterile or disinfectant he rejects my request to replace or refund the order Instead he asks me to taste from the mixing jar of another order that it is the same thing when his staff refuses to taste the order they gave to me... It is their right not to have tasted and was reasonable why subject your staff to such abuse if not an attempt. I am reasonably unhappy and that took my R20 away and joy of dessert you F&^% NUT!
