KFC
Bad service!!!

I stay in the Brackenfell area and support KFC almost on a daily basis. 3 times in a row now I have gone to the KFC opposite Cape Gate where all three times I have had to wait about 15mins plus just to get my order only to drive off and find that the order is incorrect. This morning I thought... maybe just maybe they will get it right as I really love the Benedict muffin meal, I went through the drive through and had to wait exactly 34 minutes to get my food!!! This is just ridiculous as petrol is not getting cheaper and I do have more important things to do with my time. About a week ago I did a promotion at the airport where twice KFC never had any burgers and told me the fillets were still frozen, when I asked to speak to the manager both airport branch KFC's gave me bad attitude, the one was eating in front of the customers and at the end just couldn't give a dam about how upset I was getting. Dear KFC... what has happened and how did you allow things to get so bad! How do you employ people that absolutely tarnish your image and cause you damages!!! I remember the days where I could just go in, and be out with the correct order in under 5 mins. Very upset!!!
