Pathetic Service

Poor service and vowing never to go back 2 years ago. Poor management of the outlet in running out of stock. Poor control of drive through and there is always a problem. After 2 years I thought I would give them a chance again, yet to be disappointed again. At 10'o clock pm there were 2 vehicles in front of us, and the person taking the orders battling to get the orders efficiently from the clients. The pick up station could not get orders back to customers timeiously resulting in major back-log and a drive through becoming an irritation. Whilst one understands that there might be problems over certain periods or staffing constraints etc. why is it that the KFC in Malvern Queensburgh KZN, always has problems, resulting in poor service and customer complaints? Sorry KFC - this time I will NOT be back and will tell everyone I know in the area. You are clearly not equipped to be in the fast food business.
