Pathetic service

I have recently started shopping at pick and pay phoenix. I am utterely disgusted with the store. Staff are snotty and have no respect for customer service. I will list a few incidents to give you an idea. Ques that span into isles with limited cashiers available. Poor hygiene around butchery area. Staff that would rather communicate amongst each other than tend to customers.management looking past poor service. Snail pace cashiers who no nothing about customer etiquette. Extremely disappointed with service. Entire store/staff need extensive training on how to carry out the Pick & Pay model on good customer service. Unlike the Malvern and Crescent stores which I have frequented for years - this store is a joke. I shop at pick and pay purely because of the great customer promise of the brand - this does not exist at phoenix pick and pay.please can something be done.
