Continued bad service and incompetence

Over a couple of years now we saw the service go up and down, every time discontinuing our support for a couple of months after a poor service experience and then trying them again, just to STILL receive that poor service level on our return.
If they aren't getting the orders wrong, they're out of stock or their card machine is not working in the drive thru section - THIS when you're ALREADY sandwiched in between two vehicles and without ANY notice of this fact BEFORE you enter the drive thru. The food are old = stale, hard buns, zero gherkins, a DROP of garnish, brown slimy salad leaves, old chips, having to repeat orders over and over again until they get it right or understand you...
THIS BRANCH IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE BRAND NAME AND I SOOOO WISH SOMEONE WOULD JUST TAKE ACTION AND GET THEM ON STANDARD OR CLOSE DOWN SHOP TO MAKE WAY FOR ANOTHER COMPETENT FOOD TAKE AWAY SUPPLIER!
