KFC
POOR service, half orders!!

This is not the first time that we had a bad experience at this kfc! A while back we ordered burgers via the drive-through. When we got home, one of the burgers did not even have the bottom bun and the other one had NO chicken on it, just the dressing!! Yesterday we sat in the drive-through Que for almost 20 minutes. We wanted soft serve ice cream. Eventually when we got to the ordering point, the lady told us that they do not have ice cream. We were late for an appointment! Just a thought: PUT UP A NOTICE TO LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW, in order to avoid time wasting!!! Get your orders right and give the customers what they Wait and Pay for!!
