Out of stock&20 minute wait - Unacceptable service

At 20:30 on a Sunday night I went to KFC drive thru in Epsom Downs to place a simple order. I was met by 2 responses. Firstly, there was no chocolate sauce for the chocolate brownie avalanche so I told them to just leave it - this is unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened at this KFC branch... It seems to be a regular occurence. Secondly, I was told that I would need to wait 8 mins for some zinger wings - no problem I said. I parked the car and nearly 20 minutes later I was getting out the car fuming - my food had still not come. The lady on duty apologised and blamed it on "the stoves not working properly". This is just disgusting service and unacceptable on every level. I'm very disappointed in this poor attitude towards a regular KFC customer.
