Very Bad Service

After a good night out me and two of my friends decided to get a late night snack at Wimpy by the Engen garage in Monte Vista. An African Guy was behind the Wimpy counter and had a very bad attitude, we ordered the three tennas meal. He told us the oil fryer was off and will take about 15min, being abit annoyed about the fact that it is a 24hour franchise and the oil fryer is off we said its fine we will wait. After standing there for about 30min this guy was still busy at the back with who knows what. I asked him how long he is stil going to be and he replayed the oil is only hot now...??? after 30min??? Very annoyed we went to go stand outside and wait. I went back after about 20min and there the food is standing ready. Realy now, i have been waiting for 50min and you cant even bring the food to me when it was done and he could see me standing there! I dont know if its only me but that i see as very very bad service, if that was my franchise i would consider new staff drastically!!
