NO KFC ZINGER WINGS in Blue Downs OR Eersterive

I am really disgusted with the general dis-concern for customer satisfaction from KFC staff!
Less than an hour ago I was FORCED to drive to 2 KFC's in my area, searching for Zinger Wings and a chocolate shake. I was turned down by both because of insufficient stock of Zinger wings & "NO chocolate milkshakes today, sir"

After being told at the Eersteriver branch that there were simply NO Zinger Wings, I decided, annoyed but undeterred, to head down to the KFC located outside the Blue Downs shopping centre, a far, but manageable detour I was willing to take for the sake of those delicious Zinger Wings.
Once again, for the second time I was prompted, by a very unenthusiastic patron to "place my order." When I asked for 16 Zinger Wings and 1 large chocolate shake I was told to that they, too, had NO Zinger Wings and to top it off, NO chocolate milkshakes either!!!?
When I asked the lady "helping" me when this issue would be resolved, all I got was an impatient smile and a shrug.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH KFC?

I am one very disappointed, unsatisfied, hungry, ex-customer of KFC.
