Long wait for orde

I ordered 4 x 4 zinger wings and the initial waiting time for the wings was 12 minutes and I waited (order 206) then a couple of customers after me also ordered wings and they got theirs before I got mine. When I asked the manager where my order was, he told me I will have to wait another 10 minutes as the wings were all sold out. This is totally unacceptable as I was to wait 24 minutes for my wings order. Also, their Krusher machines are always faulty or they don't have ice cream. Its happened more than thrice over a period of a month.
