Almost 35 mins for 4 Zinger Wings

Firstly, only two people were at the tills and 1 person was servicing a very long drive thru queue. I waited close to 10 minutes before complaining that someone else must come service the queue. Eventually a lady by the name of Pheladi (team leader?) came from the back to take my order. I then had to wait for another 5 mins while someone else was packing my order but it didn't end there. My chicken and chips were ready but the pops and wings took forever and ever. I eventually asked if there's a problem and was told they're waiting on the wings. Yet strangely enough, the guy in the queue next to me ordered wings and they told him it'll take approx 2 mins! I had been at that counter for over 30 mins by then. Worst of all is that I was told my order would've been out long ago if I hadn't ordered the wings! I almost lost it because if the wings are part of KFC 's menu, why should I not order them? The service and lack of ownership at this store was appalling. Something needs to be done about it.
