Bad Service Topped With Bad Food

Went to Ocean Basket on Thursday 10 January for a quick dinner - the starter we ordered was tough and when we got our main course it was freezing cold - I asked the waitress to call the manager and when I looked again she was trying to drag him out by his arm - i got up and said to him if he wont come to me i will go to him - he then had a go at me saying that how dare i say the food is cold, even before he came to the table to get the cold food, as I walked away he made a comment about being a difficult customer and said he wishes we would just leave, we got the bill and the mains were charged even though we did not eat them - with this I left the money for our drinks and starter and left the restaurant - this is shocking and we will never be returning to that branch ever again and we will make sure to tell everybody how poor it is and to avoid it!
