Ocean Basket
Paid for meal we could not eat!!!

On 16 August my friend and i popped into the above Ocean Basket for a meal. The service was non existent, waiters had to be called every time for service. When eventually the food arrived (after several queries) it was called. We sent it back and when the waitress returned with it all they did was to dump a few hot chips on the cold ones. The rest of the food was still cold. The calamari was inedible and drowned in oil which clearly did not boil by the time it was put into the oil. When the manager was called he simply stated it will not happen again. I have had several experiences at this restaurant and service and quality food is very absent. I have no desire to ever support thaat Ocean Basket as well. The manager should be removed.
