Worst service eve

OnSaturday 29/06/2013. We arrived from JHB starting our holiday. Being tired and hungry we decided that before we'll first eat then go to our hotel. We decided on. Ocean basket and first the table cloth was dirty which I removed. The waiter had an atitude and without writing our order down took it. My daughter and son asked for extra lemon butter sauce this he didn't even bring. When our food arrived it was so cold even the pan with an incination that it was made probably an hour earlier. I eat at least once a week at Ocean Basket and the one in Sea Point service and food is the best. I am now changing my mind with regards eating at Ocean Basket ever again. Nowhere have I received such putrid service as this. When we asked the waiter to put my daughter's left over's in a bag he rudely said " later" I then went to the manager with the cold pan and asked for a bag of which the waiter just walked b y and put a bag on the counter next to me. This attitude and lack of professionalism leaves much to be desired and as an execute of my own company know the crux of any succesful business is good customer service. Regards
