Extremely bad service at ocean basket

Two weeks ago my boyfriend and i went for sunday lunch at ocean basket in canal walk. i am so outraged by the service i received! we ordered a sushi maki starter and waited 40 minutes for it to come. when it came the bowl for the soy sauce was dirty. we also ordered mains. i ordered a calamari 3way. in total we waited over an hour for our mains from the time we arrived at our table and ordered! my meal was cold and it took a further 15 minutes to wait for it to be reheated. the food was so dry after it being reheated, and the waiter didnt even bother to clean the table. our table paper was dirty and full of oil, and the plates we had previously used for our for our starter was left on the table. i am so disgusted by the service. i would have reported this sooner but this is the first i have heard of hello peter, luckily my sister recommended the site. i hope this branch improves, and that the public are made aware of their bad service. we constantly complained to the waiter who were not even interested.
