The delivery system!!!

I am sick and tired of ordering from KFC and getting my order delivered 2 hours later! Then after getting my order, surprise surprise the driver NEVER has change! I always ask the call centre to make sure they tell the branch that the driver needs to have change, but they never do! So I eat 2 hours later than expected, and poorer as I do no get my change! If this is going to be hard for you then just stop delivering because you are very bad at it. I was quiet and said nothing before but now I am sick of it, as it has happened more than three times! R15.00 is a lot to pay for this nonsense
