Pathetic service from Golden Arrow

Good day, I am very dissappointed in the bus driver that drove the 16:10pm bus today 08/07/2013, I do not work this way out but when I am on training I make use of the bus services, as I was rushing to get this bus I only relaised as I got to the bus stop I have R100 notes only and as I wanted to make change the bus came along, I got in the bus and as I gave the R100 note the driver told me he doesn't have change and I nees to get off, that is so pathetic, I asked him if he can't just give me change when I get off in Houtbay and without a doubt he said no,
Who does that? I did not expect it from the "Golden Arrow" group honestly,
He opened the doors for me to get out but one of the people in the bus gave me money to pay, (thank)
I just think the service was really, this is the first time I ever came across any bus driver that was so pathetic, it happened to me befoire but then the driver's would advice me that they will give my change a little later,
I am really upset!!! Not even the taxi's does that to their clients,
I expected more from the bus servies not the taxi's
Why incovenience a client like that? I go the extra mile for my clients!!!
