Debonairs Pizza
2 and 1/2 hours to deliver food to wrong address

I ordered pizza for my family last night @ 19:51 and was told it would be 45-60min for delivery. I called again at 21:10 and was told that the driver had left 10-15min before. I called again at 21:36 and was told that the driver has been trying to contact me but my phone was on voicemail! I did not have a single missed call or voicemail, Telecia stated she would phone the driver and call me back. I received a call at 21:36 saying that the driver was on Pomona rd and knew where he was going and the pizza would be delivered in 3min... once again nothing!! At 21:58 I called Debonairs again, 2 hours after originally ordering only then was I offered new order and delivery guy. I honestly DO NOT want to eat supper @ 23:30 at night. Telecia eventually called me again 22:19 asking if we received our food as the driver got back and stated he delivered. For the life of me I do not know where this delivered our food and would love to know what he was doing driving around with my supper for 2and half HOURS??? But one thing is certain I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM DEBONAIRS PIZZA AGAIN!! WORST SERVICE AND ATTITUDE EVER!!
