I ordered Nandos through Mr delivery at work, the delivery guy came he did not have change for R200.00, I asked the people I work if they had, they didnt have any, so I went back downstairs to the delivery guy. I told him that no one had change so the best solution would be that we go out&get change from the garage up the road, he started shouting telling me that that the garage was too far, the garage is literrally 5min away. I told him that there were 3 garages& a spar, all been max 10min away. He continued shouting, I told him not to speak to me in that manner, as I was trying to find a solution to our problem and shouting was not getting us anywhere, he said that he was not going to run around looking for change as I should have had change to begin with as it was not the first time ordering food so I should have known that I needed, change. I told him that it was also not his first delivery and he should have also had change, I repoted the incident to the Manager on duty on the day&he assured me that action would be taken&he would forward me an email of the steps taken with the driver as well as an apology. He sounded sincere&apologetic bt to date nothing has
