From disgruntled to happy in no time flat

We have a sick baby at home and I had no time to cook. My husband hurt his leg, but decided to go get McDonalds for supper. Back home he realised the whole food order was wrong. To get back in the car and back to McDonalds with his sore leg wasn't really an option, so I tried phoning the store, but to no avail. Took a chance (it was already after 8pm) and called customer care. Spoke to Fiona who promised to get the store to phone me. Six minutes later Jo Ann phoned me from the store - very apologetic and wanting to fix the error. She eventually arranged with Mr Delivery to have the correct order delivered to us. Thank you Fiona and especially Jo Ann - you really went out of your way to fix the situation. Your attitude and pleasant demeanor just about meant more to me than the actual resolution to the problem.
