Terrible KFC

I thought the Commercial Road KFC Drive Thru was bad in PMB - you could sit in the drive through for close on 30mins. But now that there is the Chatterton Road KFC that takes the cake. You always have delays. You order your food and you sit and wait for atleast 10-15mins before you get to the collection window and then again you can wait for 5-10mins to actually get your order. You think that they would have been able to have your order ready by the time it takes to get to the collections window --- and this is not just a one time occurence. The other issue and it has put me off buying KFC for a while now is that the lettuce is always brown and the chicken absolutely card board like dry. It is so disgusting and disappointing from this KFC. So drive through needs better training and quality control needs to be put in place. In my opinion the people that run and own this KFC havent a clue, they are keeping their food sitting for too long - not fresh and their execution fails everytime.
