Poor customer service and food quality

On Saturday 12 October around 11;30 pm, me and my husband stopped at this Mcdonalds for a midnight snack, we used the drive through, everything went ok till we had to wait for the food- which is ok if you were going to get freshly made burgers. So after waiting a few minutes, we got our order, and we checked if everything was there, I then had to go back inside cause there was 2 cheese burgers missing. Surely they need to check that the customer gets what they ordered. After telling this to the cashier, another lady, not sure who that was but very rude shoved the two burgers in my hand with no sorry or anything. We then went home to have what seemed to be the worse takeaway food I have ever had. The chips were ice cold and soggy, the veggie burger I ordered was horrible, the so called patty was in hundred pieces, the whole thing was falling apart, I am a vegetarian and when I noticed that you guys sell veggie burgers I was really happy, but after that experience I will never ever order anything else from Mcdonalds again.
