Always a mistake at mcdonalds

I went to mcdonalds and ordered a grand ranch burger spicy. They got the order wrong at first and then I still received the wrong food at the end anyways. Everytime I seem to order at mcdonalds something is fogotten like a sauce for the nuggets, or I just receive completely wrong order... No more, burger king is in SA and I plan on supporting them from now on.
