Bad Service, Cold food, Incorrect Orders!!!

I went to Mc Donald's Rosebank this morning, The service was so poor, none of the ladies behind the counter were interested in the customers non the less listening to them, they got numerous orders incorrect, the Gentleman next to us ordered Five Roses Tea and twice he was given the incorrect tea.
Our food was horrible, my husband's coffee was cold, my order was wrong and we were over charged on one item, the prices on the board and the prices we were charged do not match...

This is not the service I expect from such a big organization!!!
