Spur = waste of time and money!

Spur used to be a fun place to take the family and when the Spur in Ruimsig opened we were happy to have one so close. Service and food was always good and we use to go their often... Yesterday was the last time I will be visiting that or any Spur. Spur should be able to handle big tables, by now hopefully... No, not the case here. If there is more than 4 people all goes wrong. Our orders were wrong, food brought out that was not ordered, food was cold, chewy and horrible and arrived at different times. I asked the waiter to please ensure that there is NO fat on my meat, instead I received something that resembled meat, but was full of fat, horrible and cold. Also, the table was messy most of the time and the bill was wrong. We as customers had to sit and work out what had been ordered and what not. For a restaurant like Spur, this should not be happening. Spur is going downhill FAST...
