Cold food & order wrong

My mom and I ordered a takeaway on Monday evening, told on the phone it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes. We got home (literally live right across from the shopping centre) to find no sauce (which we paid for) and cold food. This is at LEAST the 4th time we have ordered takeaways from this particular branch and it has been the incorrect order or cold food. Very disappointing.
