HOW BAD CAN SERVICE BE!!!

On the evening of 10 March 2013 I took my family to the Okavango KFC to get us something to eat, little did I know what was about to happen. After struggling to order my food at the drive through the lady that took our order took my bank kart and swiped it through the debit card machine, immediately my phone went off to alert me of the transaction at KFC and to confirm that the amount of R238.20 went off from the balance.the lady attending to my order then told me that she did not get a slip from her debit machine and that we had to swipe the card again which I refuse to do as my bank statement shows that the money went off for the said transaction, I tried to ask her why I must re swipe on which she said that its how we do things here she was so unprofessional that she started to burst out laughing, she then call her "manager" Neliswa at that stage I thought that things will get better but she was even worst!!! Both made fun and refuse to give s food that we already paid for .another lady Kim then came and spoke to us and gave me the owner's cell which he never picks upuntil today no one came back to us and the money is still not reversed.this is BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!
