No firearms sign

Hi there,

Please can you tell me why you have "No Firearms Allowed" signage at the entrances to your franchises?
Why do you not want the business of law abiding and legal firearms owners?
Criminals are not deterred by any such signage as has been witnessed by numerous news reports of armed robberies at McDonalds franchises.

On the very same sign there is a "No Smoking" warning but yet you allow people carrying cigarettes onto the premises to purchase food.

Some clarification on McDonald's stance on this issue would be appreciated.
