Double Swipe and no refund

I ordered a take away form Ocean Basket on Friday evening, they swiped my debit card and the machine timed out, however it did go off my bank account as I recieved an SMS. After telling them it had gone through they insisted on swiping my card again. The on duty manager said that they would refund it in the morning. It is Monday today and now the manager says I must go to my bank to sort out the problem. Besides the problem with me paying double for the food, the hot take away came out the kitchen 15mins before the ladies had even started making my sushi. so the food was cold, the sushi was dry and disgusting and i paid double for the take away. NOT IMPRESSED
