Worst restaurant eve

My family and I went to have supper. We all ordered and the drinks came 100% I then asked for a refill and I was drinking a rock shandy but with Sprite zero. The refill arrived and it was so over filled with bitters that it looked like Coke. I sent it back. My chicken liver starters arrived and upon tasting it noticed that is smelt funny and tasted off. It was returned so that the manager could check but while this was being sorted out the main meals arrived bypassing the starter. I cut my lazy aged stake and found it to be rare, I had ordered medium well. The refill arrived again looking like coke. My wife's azbhan arrived and she could not cut through it as it was rock hard. The manageress then arrives and stated that the chicken liver was off. The restaurant had 3 other tables in it at the time so there was no mad rush. There is no reason for this standard of service. The manageress took my number and said the owner would phone but a week later no call. This is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in and cannot recommend this to anybody. I often meet clients from Jhb and have meetings at the airport restaurants but never again at this circus. Pathetic walked out lost customer.
