On the 6 March 2013 at 12:09 I placed an order (Chicken livers with extra sauce and Wings with Extra sauce), when my order came, the wings and the livers where burnt and had no sauce at all. I then call them and requested that they correct their mistake. I spoke to Pertunia and she said that they would send another driver with my order and that I should give my last order back to the driver. The driver arrived at 13:40 with an order that had the very same issue. I called Pertunia and asked if she checked my order before it left to ensure that it was ok and she said no. I then requested to speak to the manager who said that the driver should come back to the shop with both the orders and he would be sending someone else with a 3rd order. it is now 14:00 as I am typing this complaint. I think it is absolutely ridiculars to be receiving this kind of service especially because I order from this nandos on a DAILY BASIS and therefore feel that I spend alot of money at their shop, at least some kind of standard should be set. This Nandos is the worst ever! i will no longer make the mistake of waisting my money with incompetent people
