Terrible Service and Burnt Food

I order my food from the Menlyn Drive Thru almost daily. Sometimes I go to the drive thru, if not then I request a delivery order. Everytime I buy, there's something wrong with the food. If the wedges are not dry & seem old, then the meat is burnt, they never even supply butter with the roll meals!
Yesterday was the last straw - I asked for a delivery order, it only came 1hr &10 minutes later! The cherry on top were the burnt Livers, which were not even half filled in the box container (as if they were remnants from someone else's plate), then the wings I had ordered were also burnt, no charred! If I wanted charred food I'm sure I wouldn't waste my hard earned money on Nandos!
I ate the roll out of shere hunger, but threw away most of it as the delivery guy had left when our Receptionist brought me the food.
Today I called them & spoke to the manager - Cooper. He left a lot to be desired! He didnt even bother to offer to replace my meal from yesterday- What kind of customer service is this?! Some lousy apology that was & went on to say I must always ask for him to ensure a correct order & good service. As if I'll be ordering from there ever again! NO!
