Cavendish Steers

Yesterday around 18:00 I ordered a burger at Steers in Cavendish. It came out dry, less appetising. I asked the manager if it looked normal to her. Her response was that is looks very normal do I want extra source? When I asked if it was cooked in a microwave then flame grilled for few seconds. She said no it's been flamed grilled she can show me her equipment. She treated me as if it was my first time buying a Steers burger. If it was my first time then I would have accepted that is the way Steers cooked their burgers.

She offered me another one, but honestly I wasn't impressed and didn't want her to make another burger as I didn't trust anything that comes out of her kitchen. I left it there. My theory is that they first put it in a microwave and grilled for few seconds to save time. It was over cooked, dry, No spices, no source. It looked dull... with the recent horse and donkey scandal .. I just wonder if it was the REAL burger.

I was at Waterfront the other day and their Steers burger was delicious. It was juicy, and tasty.
