Nandos bluff dont deliver your food

On the 29.08.13 i placed a order for delivery at 5.45pm at 6.30 i called nandos to find out where my order is because my child was crying that shes hungry the lady that answered said the driver is on his way and he will be here any minute at 7.30pm i called nandos bluff to speak to the manager and she told me that she will find out where my order is and call me back but she didnt so at 7.45pm i called back and spoke to another manager who told me it was the other manager i spoke to and that shes sorry that my order has taken 2 an a half hours and when the driver comes i do not need to pay for my order time went by and at 8.39pm i really gave up hope i went to bed hungry and upset and i never ever recieved my order... nandos bluff is incompetent and cannot keep up to the nandos standard as for the staff they need to get trained properly an stop telling customers i will not bother ordering nandos from there again they are a waste of airtime... and cant keep to there word
