Made a call to place an order for two meals and a woman cashier (Jackie) answered the phone. Not only did her telephone etiquette (for a lack of a better word), it made me realize that Nandos as a brand is no longer focused on the quality of the product that made them number one but the quantities being sold.

Back to "Jackie" and the bunch. She spoke to me as if she couldn't wait to get off the phone so she could attend to something more important and I ended up spending 18 minutes with her on the phone battling to place one order. My long awaited order finally made its way to my door step cold as ice.

Considering that this was the second time it happened. I was not amazed to discover that my order was wrong so I told the delivery guy who by the way has the most amazing customer service skills more than Jackie and her manager put together that "I'm fed up with this company". He then guided me on what to do, which led me to a manager who had no Idea how to deal with an escalation (yet again, I believe Tommy the delivery guy would have done a better job here). Where does Nando's Get their staff???

Tommy came back later to apologize on behalf of the company. Seriously?
