3 Hour Delivery Nandos new policy?

Good day,
I would like to lay a complaint with Nandos Umhlanga, we made a order for delivery at 11:30 for our company that had a lunch break at 12:30. we made the order only to wait till 1:35 for our food. we call numerous times and was told driver on the way, or it is coming now, or my best is that the phone never ever answered went to voice mail or engaged. So for the entire 3 hours we waited and called every minute I couldn't get through and if I did i was to. My boss in return was very upset and it interrupted the entire meeting process where i had been prepared for a hour to wait i was given 3 hours of misery. My boss refused to pay but in the end i had to pay because i had to go down to the restaurant to find out what the hold up 3 hours is not ok. it was about 10 meals not even. when i went down no one knew what i was talking about? odd for such a order I had to pay there with the card and to find out the driver had just stepped into our offices with the worst attitude ever he refused to wait and was so cheeky we can check the food and the best thing meals where missing, & odds and ends.no compensation or sympathy so who do i complain to because it is not acceptable
