Very BAD service response from Wimpy owne

Approx 6 time i have had a problem with ordering soft eggs with my breakfast hoping that it would get better as i always brought it to the managers attention but NO. my point is this we go to wimpy to relax and enjoy a meal together but NO, i must now sit and watch my wife eat while my eggs are redone and then vice a versa and my eggs are hot and the rest of my food is now cold how charming. I then took it up with the owner of the store MR W.Wolmerans I contacted him telephonically and was told he would get back to me but NO, i had to contact him again and he apologised for that stating that he was looking into the matter. weeks later i got to email him again to get feedback on this, he now states that he has now turned down the stove "can you believe this man" I wrote back stating that the eggs could be used as squash and that we deserve to be treated to a meal as a goodwill gesture considering we used to eat there at least twice a week but NO he feels terribly insulted because i make a comment about this eggs. i dont complain much but when this same problem arises 6 times then i feel there is definitely a problem but as far as he is concerned this matter is over. NEVER
