Wrong orders and delay on correction

On 08/06/2013 at 15.27 i placed a order at nandos keywest krugersdop and when i placed an order i was given the wrong order and when i made them aware my order took so long i ended up asking for the manager in charge and at that time it was George and he couldn't do anything for me. i then asked for a refund and my money has not reflected in my account.
