ANYONE FOR A COLD NANDOS AND A COKE FOR R180

I am yet to receive value for my Rand at Midway Mews Nandos. 2 hours for a delivery!!!
Better yet, the delivery guy prepared my meal because the staff was rushing as it was knock off time. Then why take my order???

What angered me the most was the empty apologies the manager (Tendai) attempted to swing my way. I don't need lousy discounts or free chicken on the house. I JUST NEED GOOD SERVICE!!!
But then again, that's just a pipe dream considering that Jackie still works there and answering phones like she's in her living room.

Can't we get your Sandridge branch to deliver instead? Maybe there could be SERVICE there? Does the General manager read these complaints? What is he/she doing about them? My family and I are patriots to your brand but your brand spits back into our faces even with our support.

I will speak about the service i have received from Nandos. My friends, colleagues, acquaintances and business partners will know about this. I will no longer be an ambassador for your brand and nor will i support you ever again.
