KFC
Bad service!

My break is only 30Min long nd decided to phone ahead and place an order at the nearest KFC branch (10minutes away). i spoke to an employee who said it would be fine, took my order an said it would be ready by my lunch time which worked out brilliantly because i was in a rush. apon my arrival i asked for the lady that took my order and still ended up waiting. the manager told me that they still busy with my order which meant i would be running nd also told me that they not allowed to take any orders after i already placed it with an employee nd wasn't informed of this. this is bad service, not only was i late after my lunch break but i was disgusted in the attitude that the manager expressed. there was no apology and no compensation.
