Raw food together with a super-bad attitude!

On Friday 23 August I went to the Fishaways in Queenswood. It was quite busy, but not as hectic as I have seen other fast food outlets and decided the wait should not be too long and placed my order with (someone who looked like) the manager.

The staff was extremely unprofessional with running (literally!) in that small space, bumping flyers of the counter and having no regard for waiting customers they are bumping into.

When my order was ready - I went forward, the manager-lady looked at my slip and said it wasn't mine. I waited. After a while, I called the manager-lady again and asked her if she could find out about my order as I was waiting a ridiculously long time. Oh, she said - that order was actually yours!

So I went home - with a cold meal. Just to find out that the potato chips AND the calamari was RAW!!!

I phoned to complain. The guy who answered the phone just said: "We get a lot of complaints about it. I suggest you go put your complaint on our website."

And that was it. ABSOLUTELY pathetic!!
