Don't value their customers at all

A friend of ours who is from the USA has been going to Nino's for the past 3 or 4 months but will not be visiting them again after their appalling attitude.

She volunteers for the National Adoption Coalition and is helping African orphans. She walks down to Nino's almost every week to work and use their internet. Most times she is there she orders food but at the very least she always orders a coffee. Because of the 20mins walk she first orders a glass of water.

On Tuesday she worked there for a couple of hours & was going to order lunch but wasn't feeling well & decided instead to go home. This was the first time she hadn't ordered anything! That next Saturday she was there again and ordered her water as she does when she arrives & was going to have lunch, but before she had a chance the manager came over upon instruction from the owner and informed her that she is not allowed in Nino's if she doesn't order anything. She said that she understands and usually does but also informed them she has been a regular customer. Their attitude was terrible and they basically said they she should find somewhere else to go. Well I will also now never eat their again and neither should you!
