He very first time in spur after a long time please note second time i received disgusting service, i took my son for his birthday as he was looking forward to going to spur i got there straight after work we sat i ordered the food at 18h30 and only received it after 20h00 and to top it all off my sons order was wrong and he forgot to bring our dessert, the manager only decided to make an appearance when we raised our voices then the waiter said he will find out what the managers name is that's pathetic. the manager makes an appearance only when we decide we want the bill and want to leave this happened to me at the very first time as well so i don't know what to do any longer because what happens if i go to the next spur am i going to receive the exact same treatment again and i love spur cause the food is fantastic but with this type of service it turns out not to be so fantastic to me any longer i don't like complaining but i like to receive service for the money i spend. can you please improve on the service cause you are losing customers and as you know even though you are very busy every customer lost is money you are losing im not sure if i must even return to another spu
