Spur Greenacres bad service

We went to the Carolina Spur in Greenacres Port Elizabeth on the 25/03/2013 never in my life have I had such bad service. I was still busy talking to the waitress and she left the table when she eventualy returned we placed our order and that was at about 19:40 Spur was not full as their closing time is 20:00 we waited till after 20:00 for our food after I had to ask where the food is. The Manager never once came to ask if everything was in order and the food was very little in comparison to other Spur Branches.
I will never go to that Spur again, not to any Spur soon for that matter they have put me off completedly
