Ripping off customers

I bought a Wicount value R156 for 2 meals. The most expensive item was prawns for R78 which we dont eat for religious reasons. I asked if we could add something else to make up the value.
The manager was not interested and made no effort to assist us.
We were shortchanged on the voucher value.
If Midori dont care about customers (and we have been there a few times) that is the last tjme I will purchase a voucher from them.
