Poor food and poor service at Falcon Creek Spu

Me and my family are on holiday in the Garden Route and decided to go to Falcon Creek Spur for supper. Very disappointing. Firstly, the service was pathetic. We waited forever for the waiter to come ask what we would like to drink. When we eventually got our food, after waiting forever, we did not receive out side order of onion rings. After asking another waiter, our waiter only brought our onion rings when we were done eating all of food. We wanted to order more drinks, and when the waiter eventually came to ask us if we wanted anything else, we ordered more drinks. And once again we wait forever to receive them. Then we wait for the bill. Eventually receive it and don't get any mints. My daughter works at a spur and knows that this service is not up to the usual spur standards. Terrible service and terrible food. And the store wasn't even busy. Don't want to know how bad the service would be on a Monday night. The managers are supposed to do their rounds and ask the customers if everything is fine, in the whole time we were there we didn't see a manager once. This spur will never see us again.
