NO SERVICE!

My partner and I arrived @ Grand Canyon with our son at 6:25pm on 26/02/13.No waiter assisted us until my partner requested assistance from a waiter that was passing by (10 minutes later) a few minutes later a waiter cam to take our drinks order but while taking the order she was busy chatting to another lady (we assumed was a friend or staff member) and left as we had finished given her our drinks order without finding out if that was all we required. That was the las time we saw her. as we needed a chair for my 1 yr old son we asked for one from another waiter passing by. Nothing came By 7 o'clock we decided to leave with neither our drinks nor the chair arriving. We walked out right in front of the managers at the front desk who hadnt even noticed. The same waiter we had asked for the baby seat followed us and had the nerve to ask us if we were leaving because we had gotten everything we were looking for?

AT that time of the night we had to go find another open restaurant so that we could have supper which for us was okay but for my son it was too late!! i was a regular customer at grand canyon but if my family and i ever go back there in this lifetime it will be too soon
