ZERO SERVICE

Yet again, KFC still can't actually serve me. I made a complaint (on) a few months ago about this same branch in fourways for lack serivce. It has taken me nearly four months to go back to that branch. Tonight again, i waited in the drive through with 1 car in front me for 15 minutes. I finally get to the window to which i wait another 10 minutes (because no one was there to actually serve me), at this point i just drove through the drive through and parked my car and went inside the store. I now wait another 10 minutes. I get to the front of the que and the person behind the counter just looks at me blankly. I got frustrated and just left.

Yet another portion of my life wasted in KFC. Never again.

PS: my previous complaint about this branch still has not been handled. I was called back, however i was in a meeting and i asked to be called a bit later in the day. Still waiting for that to happen...

To be clear, I do not expect anything from KFC.

I am posting this report purely as a warning for other consumers to stay away from this branch.
